At the heart of the department is John Massaroco, who has been repairing and restoring items for Adler's customers for 28 years. Over the years, John has worked on everything from antique lamps and chandeliers to Miele vacuums and even the occasional unusual item—like a broken Pinocchio doll.

For John, the most rewarding part of the job isn't the repair itself. It's seeing customers leave with a smile after bringing in something they thought might be beyond saving.
