Miele Vacuum Cleaner Product Review:
Complete C3 Calima PowerLine Model

I am Marc Adler from Adler's Hardware here today to tell you about Miele Vacuums that we sell. We've been selling them for about 20 years, and not only do we sell them, but we service them. We do warranty and non-warranty service. But the good thing about Miele vacuums is they last a long, long time. We have vacuum cleaners from Miele that come in for repair that are 20 years old. They still have the parts for them and people get attached to them. They don't want to give up their machines and buy a new one, so we repair them.

The average age of the Miele, they'll last between 10 and 20 years. So you're paying a premium because they're selling for maybe $400 to $1,200. However, when you spread that over 10 or 20 years, it's not a lot of money compared to a $200 vacuum that you're going to replace every couple of years. So they're really a good value. What makes them a good value is the way they're designed. So this is the Colima model for Miele. I'm going to show you some features.

Easy to remove the vacuum bag and replace it. It has a little covering here that keeps all the dust inside the bag has a HEPA filter, and this catches 99.99% of the dirt, and it keeps it in the bag. So it's important if you have allergies to keep the dirt in the bag. Here's your dust brush, upholstery tool, and crevice tool over here. This turns orange. The indicator tells you when the bag is full. This is the power button. You can control it with your foot to increase the power or reduce the power. You also turn it on and off with your foot and retract the cord with your foot.

So what kind of floors do you have? That's the first thing we ask you when we sell you a vacuum cleaner. Do you have hardwood floors, tile, rugs? Do you have wall-to-wall carpeting, thick carpeting? This will determine what kind of vacuum cleaner you should buy. We do service on your vacuum, whether you bought it from me or you bought it from someone else, but if you need a new vacuum, we have all the accessories. We have the vacuums. So please shop local.
